These were some of the first cases of perforation repair that i was able to document under the microscope. For me, it was such a joy to be able to precisely differentiate between perorations and canals and to predictably do what i wanted to do rather than rely on guesswork. These two cases were converted to a small clinical article which I’ve attached here as a pdf.
